Not just the internet speed and quality but the service provided by the staff on the rare occasion when we have had issues. We've had two internet outages in recent times, none related to the provider, but they responded immediately, fixed the issues (one by accidental cut cables and the other by water damage). They responded quickly, identified the issues and fixed them immediately and without charge. They are friendly, efficient and reliable and I can thoroughly recommend their product and service.
